Specifically, we are looking for a full-time Creative Director (XM / B2B) who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story (or joke), and is obsessed with ideas. From sampling campaigns, stunts, brand acts, immersive brand experiences and large-scale conference design we’re looking for someone with experience leading campaigns, activations and events that are unignorable. Simply put, we want someone that can inspire. Inspire creative teams, clients, colleagues and inspire great work.

Responsibilities

Your role: 

At Mosaic, you will have three specific mandates:

a) Lead and grow the US creative team, fostering young talent and teaching them how to push for ideas that stand out 

b) Lead all US Experiential work 

c) Be the North American creative leader for all B2B and corporate events

Qualifications

Specifics:

  • 10+ years of experience in an agency setting

  • Deep knowledge of both experiential marketing and large-scale B2B corporate events

  • A proven track-record of recognized and rewarded work across the industry 

  • A player / coach mentality, someone that can lead, motivate and inspire [TL1] a team of creatives but also jump in and do the work when needed 

  • Art Direction background preferred but open to Copy: multi-hyphenate storytellers are required 

  • Constantly curious – someone that is always looking for new interesting tools, emerging technologies or cultural revelations 

  • Great hang – willing collaborator & creative community member

  • Culture enthusiast with deep tentacles and interests in art, food, music, pop-culture, etc.
