About this Role:

We are CrowdStrike, a fast-growing security company that protects our wide range of customers from cybersecurity attacks. We’re investing in a Curriculum Developer who is energetic, eager to learn, flexible, and capable of managing large scale/complex projects (relating to Training & Onboarding) in a fast-paced environment.

As a Curriculum Developer, you’ll be responsible for supporting Falcon Complete as a member of the Training & Onboarding team. The team’s mission is to increase efficiency, accuracy, and perform consistent and quality work through the creation of new trainings as well as improvements to existing & ongoing training and associated programs.

A Curriculum Developer’s primary focus on the Falcon Complete Training and Onboarding team is to design and develop educational materials and programs that effectively teach new hires and existing employees the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles within the organization. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and continuously improve training content and programs based on feedback and evaluation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the development and improvements of training, based on high level projects and topics agreed upon with leadership.

  • Contribute as a founding thought leader in the development of training in various areas.  This could come in the form of improving existing processes or creating new processes.

  • Ownership & continual development of specific programs within Falcon Complete.

  • Identify engaging ways to drive analyst participation in training.

  • Construct interactive training scenarios that model a variety of malware implants and intrusion sets.

  • Work directly with Falcon Complete personnel on project items and coordinate with their manager for time allotted for project work.

  • Perform and carry out development, including but not limited to, comfortability with video & voice recording of content for identified projects.

  • Lead identified projects, coordinate scheduling, progress reports, note taking; from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies.

  • Tracks the status of project activities and ensures that schedules, priorities, and deadlines are being met.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience

  • Experience creating material on technical topics for a wide variety of audiences

  • Incident handling, basic malware analysis, incident response, SOC environment experience

  • Experience using Learning Management System (Docebo or similar LMS) and content creation platforms (such as Articulate360)

  • Knowledge and/or experience of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence (Wiki)

  • Experience using video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia)

  • Taking initiative to develop content and improvements to training on an individual scale

  • Experience managing projects and completing tasks from start to finish with little supervision

  • Experience owning a program or project, scoping requirements & planning milestones

  • Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team

  • Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, facilitating and running meetings, capturing notes for those meetings, and have the ability to make timely decisions

  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude

  • Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
