Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and personable Customer Account Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping manage accounts, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure each interaction delivers a positive experience. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to maintain strong relationships and support day-to-day account needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.

  • Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information.

  • Assist customers with account-related requests, updates, and general inquiries.

  • Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions.

  • Resolve concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and organized customer and account records.

  • Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.

  • Support account retention and overall customer relationship initiatives.

  • Maintain knowledge of company services, processes, and account procedures.

  • Perform additional customer support and account management duties as needed.

Additional Information
