We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and providing effective solutions to support business growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist in contract renewals, billing, and account documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer account management or client relations.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
