- Experience in customer marketing, community marketing, advocacy, field marketing, partner marketing, influencer marketing, or brand marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, partners, and external market voices.
- Experience managing customer stories, case studies, testimonials, reviews, references, or advocacy programs.
- Experience supporting or leading in-person events, community partnerships, or marketplace review programs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect strategic brand goals with practical execution.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, partnerships, and leadership.
- A strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
