Leading companies including Gong, Braze, and Intuit trust DealHub to simplify complex selling, accelerate revenue execution, and deliver a better buying experience.

As we continue to grow, our brand will be shaped not only by what we say, but by the customers, partners, communities, and market voices who say it with us.

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, creative, and highly collaborative Snr. Customer & Community Marketing Manager to help elevate DealHub’s brand through impactful customer, partner, community, and influencer programs.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, customer advocacy, field marketing, community, and market influence. You will own programs that bring DealHub’s value to life externally while building strong internal partnerships across marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, and leadership.

Your mission is to turn strategic relationships into brand impact. You will help create moments, stories, partnerships, and proof points that show how DealHub is leading the next era of Agentic Quote-to-Revenue.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means building programs that make DealHub more visible, more trusted, and more talked about in the market.

You will create measurable impact through stronger customer advocacy, richer community engagement, deeper strategic relationships, improved marketplace presence, and more influential brand moments.

Most importantly, you will help strengthen the DealHub brand by connecting the right people, stories, and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute DealHub’s customer advocacy, community, marketplace review, influencer, and event relationship programs.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify opportunities to turn their success into public-facing stories, references, testimonials, videos, and event participation.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, partnerships, product marketing, demand generation, and leadership to identify advocacy opportunities and align programs to business priorities.
  • Lead customer review initiatives across platforms such as G2, helping strengthen DealHub’s market presence and credibility.
  • Develop community partnership programs that connect DealHub with relevant revenue, RevOps, sales, and SaaS communities.
  • Support DealHub’s presence at key in-person events including Dreamforce, UNBOUND, and other strategic industry gatherings.
  • Identify, engage, and manage influencer relationships that help amplify DealHub’s Agentic Quote-to-Revenue story.
  • Create repeatable programs, processes, and reporting frameworks to measure brand, advocacy, community, and relationship-driven impact.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer marketing, community marketing, advocacy, field marketing, partner marketing, influencer marketing, or brand marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, partners, and external market voices.
  • Experience managing customer stories, case studies, testimonials, reviews, references, or advocacy programs.
  • Experience supporting or leading in-person events, community partnerships, or marketplace review programs.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to connect strategic brand goals with practical execution.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, partnerships, and leadership.
  • A strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.

The Impact

This role is about shaping how the market experiences DealHub AI.

By building trusted relationships with customers, communities, partners, influencers, and internal teams, you will help turn DealHub’s Agentic Quote-to-Revenue value into stories, proof, advocacy, and momentum.
