Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Customer & Digital Experience Specialist to join the Power Busway 
team. This is a remote role with the ideal candidate residing in either the eastern or central time zones. 

Responsibilities

What Will You Do? 
The Customer & Digital Experience Specialist supports the execution of CX and DX priorities, projects, and day-to
day operational needs by helping maintain customer-facing content, supporting website and digital operations, 
and contributing to practical tools, workflows, and content improvements that support adoption and reduce 
friction. This role helps ensure customers and internal teams have accurate, easy-to-find, and actionable digital 
resources. The role also helps translate VOC, website feedback, field insights, usage data, and business 
requirements into clear content, improved workflows, and customer-focused digital enhancements. 

Essential Position Functions: 

Website Content & Digital Operations: 
Support the organization, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of divisional website content to ensure it is 
accurate, customer-focused, easy to navigate, and aligned with business messaging. 
Support day-to-day website operations by coordinating landing page updates, maintaining content, tracking 
stakeholder requests and issues, supporting testing, and assisting with routine site maintenance 
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and CX/DX teams to 
help ensure content, navigation, search, and product information support customer and business needs. 
Support content governance practices, including review cycles, ownership tracking, quality checks, version 
control, and messaging standards. 
Review website feedback, search behavior, usage insights, and stakeholder input to identify content gaps, 
improve usability, and support digital adoption. 
Support content discoverability through content structure, metadata, naming conventions, internal search 
optimization, and SEO best practices. 
Maintain clear, consistent, and customer-friendly digital content across web pages, tools, forms, documentation, 
FAQs, and sales enablement assets. 

Digital Tools, Workflow & Sales Enablement 
Work with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather workflow needs and support the configuration, 
documentation, testing, and improvement of practical digital tools, forms, templates, and process improvements. 
Coordinate with design, IT, development, and business stakeholders to support intake, evaluation, testing, 
documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of digital tools aligned to user and business needs. 
Assist with efforts to streamline manual processes through workflow improvements, automation support, routing, 
approvals, tracking, and reporting. 
Monitor tool usage, content engagement, feedback, and adoption trends to help identify improvement 
opportunities and support reporting on effectiveness. 
Help ensure tools and workflows are user-friendly, well-maintained, and aligned with CX/DX goals. 
Customer Experience Enablement 
Support Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Experience (DX) initiatives by helping translate VOC, survey 
feedback, and field insights into content, workflow, and digital improvement opportunities. 
Assist with closed-loop processes by maintaining tracking tools, documenting feedback themes, and supporting 
standardized outputs. 
Support CX and Digital Marketing leadership in identifying opportunities to help simplify customer journeys by 
reducing friction in key touchpoints. 
Help ensure tools align with CX/DX principles, improving ease of use, responsiveness, and consistency across 
channels. 

Customer Data Stewardship 
Support customer data quality, consistency, and governance across digital tools, workflows, and customer-facing 
platforms. 
Help identify customer data gaps, inconsistencies, and process issues that impact reporting, personalization, 
digital experience, and customer interactions. 
Work with cross-functional teams to support improvements to the reliability, usability, and accessibility of 
customer data used in reporting, CX/DX initiatives, and customer interactions. 

Adoption, Support & Cross-Functional Enablement 
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, and CX/DX teams to support 
execution of digital and CX initiatives. 
Assist with CX and DX initiative execution by maintaining supporting tools, documentation, and 
processes.  Support adoption of tools across Sales and Customer teams. 
Provide day-to-day support and practical guidance to ensure effective use of tools and workflows. Monitor usage, 
gather feedback, and support ongoing improvements to tools based on adoption and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Experience, Business, Communications, or a related field; 
equivalent experience will be considered. Experience in manufacturing or the electrical infrastructure industry 
preferred. 

Experience:  

  • 3–5 years in digital experience, sales enablement, CX, website operations, or a similar role.  
  • Experience supporting, configuring, maintaining, or documenting tools, workflows, forms, or customer facing assets. 
  • Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce), collaboration tools (SharePoint), and digital platforms.  
  • Experience working cross-functionally to support sales, CX, or digital initiatives preferred. Preferred Assets – Not Required 
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, usability best practices, and design system standards considered an asset. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website search optimization, metadata, and content discoverability considered an asset. 
  • Experience developing and supporting digital tools using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web 
    technologies, with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.  

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand user needs and support practical improvements to digital and operational experiences. 
  • Strong content organization skills, including the ability to structure website content for clarity, navigation, searchability, and customer usability. 
  • Ability to write, edit, and maintain clear, accurate, and customer-friendly digital content across web pages, forms, documentation, FAQs, and sales enablement assets. 
  • Understanding of content governance practices, including review cycles, ownership tracking, quality 
    standards, version control, and content lifecycle management. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO, internal search optimization, metadata, naming conventions, and content 
    discoverability best practices. 
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to gather input, clarify requirements, and support 
    alignment across stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate content, data, documentation, and digital resources.
  • Comfort working with digital platforms, workflow tools, content systems, and basic reporting or tracking mechanisms. 
  • Ability to use website feedback, usage insights, content engagement, and stakeholder input to identify gaps and support practical improvements. 
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product 
  • Management, IT, and CX/DX teams.
