Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £26,208 per annum plus commission OTE £34K
Hours:  Monday – Friday 40 hours per week 8am – 5pm

Luxion Sales is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team of Customer Sales Advisors.
What does this role involve?

As a Customer Sales Advisor, your primary focus will be proactively contacting previous Utilita customers to understand their needs and win them back.

You’ll deliver confident and persuasive sales conversations that clearly demonstrate the value of our products and services, all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will identify opportunities to re‑engage previous customers, address and overcome objections, and convert conversations into successful sales, achieving strong conversion rates, supporting smooth customer go‑live journeys, and maximising retention will be key measures of your success.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven communicator who thrives in a sales environment.

You will bring confidence, resilience, and a natural ability to influence customer decisions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

A strong track record of exceeding sales targets or KPIs is highly desirable, along with the ability to handle objections, think quickly, and adapting your approach.

Previous experience in a sales or outbound telephony based role is highly advantageous.
