Job Summary

Blue River Digital Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the sales and service process. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, orders, quotations, delivery updates, and general service requests.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand customer needs while providing accurate and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Provide customers with information about backlit displays, lightboxes, signs, printed graphics, and related products.
* Assist customers with product selection based on their project requirements.
* Process customer orders, quotations, and service requests accurately.
* Follow up on orders, production timelines, shipping, and delivery status.
* Communicate with internal sales, production, and fulfillment teams to resolve customer issues.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update order information as needed.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
* Provide pricing and product information in accordance with company guidelines.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
* Identify opportunities to provide additional products or services that may benefit customers.
* Maintain a professional and positive relationship with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
* Previous customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
* Ability to learn product specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
* Strong attention to detail when handling orders, quotations, and customer information.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
* Professional, patient, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
