The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a group of independent professionals on a platform, handling onboarding, regular check-ins and communication. Act as the link between those professionals and internal account teams so the right information reaches the right people.

What you'll do

- Hold weekly check-in calls to review progress, blockers and next steps, and keep an up-to-date profile on each person you support.

- Send regular updates, newsletters and announcements to keep the wider community informed.

- Review incoming applications and run screening calls with promising candidates.

- Keep role documentation current as new feedback and priorities come in, so everyone works from the latest information.

- Relay feedback and priorities between the community and internal account managers.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in a customer-facing role.

- Excellent written and spoken English across quick chat messages, formal responses, newsletters and calls.

- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort spending about 60% of your time on calls.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a record of keeping accurate records on the people you support.

- Ability to drive structure and follow-through independently.

- Availability to work typical startup hours in the Pacific time zone.
