We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team and support our customers! In this role, you will support our Enterprise customer base by understanding their technical needs, having strategic conversations, leading deployments, and continuously nurturing the relationship.
Internally, you will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for your customers' product needs. You will also help develop repeatable customer success processes and contribute to improving runZero's product documentation.
Responsibilities- Lead and support the deployment of the runZero Platform for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular interactions and proactive meetings
- Serve as a hands-on problem solver and subject matter expert for the runZero platform and exposure management industry
- Develop custom integrations and automation scripts to support customer needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and engineering teams to improve internal processes and build documentation to support the overall customer experience
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product, lead strategic conversations, and share the most relevant features/functionality for your clients' specific business needs
- Be an advocate for your customer by managing their feedback, product needs/wants, and sharing their requests with internal runZero teams
- Experience deploying SaaS and on-premise technologies
- Experience with scripting in Python or Go
- Experience working with REST APIs and structured datasets (e.g. JSON)
- Strong understanding of networking and the OSI model
- Curious to keep learning about the security industry
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and functional managers, acting as a trusted advisor
runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $140,000 - $160,000, plus stock options. We know that the talent market is always in flux, so please let us know if you believe we have advertised this role at the wrong salary band.
