As a Customer Success Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of Convene, build strong long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to further support their business needs.

Responsibilities
- Report to the Regional Manager and Head of Global Customer Success
- Manage assigned client accounts and ensure timely and effective account follow-through.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them on best practices for using Convene.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the assigned region.
- Identify creative opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and client referrals, based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings and provide regular updates on account status, customer engagement, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a related role.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred; experience in the IT or technology industry is also an advantage.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
