Position Description: 

Bridg, part of PAR Technology, is an enterprise identity resolution, data and onboarding platform. Using our exclusive offline identity resolution capabilities along with clients' point-of-sale (POS) data, we help retailers significantly expand their first-party data — identifying unknown customers and enriching the understanding of loyalty members — ensure reporting transparency and create new monetization opportunities with their brand and advertiser partners.

The Bridg Customer Success (CS) team manages all aspects of client relationships post-sale, guiding clients through Bridg's client engagement model and ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment. The team acts as the link between the customer and the company — understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support.

The Bridg Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support successful partnerships with national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day client operations and requests, learning Bridg's client engagement model and products while assisting senior team members in driving client satisfaction, usage, and retention. This is a strong entry point into customer success within retail media and data, with room to grow into a full Customer Success Manager role.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (agency, PR, client-side, consulting, or tech), or a strong internship background in a similar function.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology (e.g., 1PD/3PD, martech/adtech platforms, Customer Data Platforms) is a plus, with eagerness to build deeper expertise on the job.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and tasks at once.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Comfort with data — able to read a report or dashboard and summarize what it means in plain English.

Additional skills:

  • Key competencies in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; comfortable with slide building and spreadsheets.

  • Exposure to project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA) is a plus but not required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, serving as a responsive point of contact for routine questions and requests, in partnership with a senior CSM.

  • Help execute Bridg's client engagement model — assisting with onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.

  • Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity to the broader Customer Success team.

  • Assist in preparing reporting, performance summaries, and materials for client meetings and business reviews.

  • Learn Bridg's products in depth, and begin fielding first-line client questions, escalating more complex issues to senior team members.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to help resolve client issues in a timely manner.
