Procore Technologies is the leading technology platform for every stage of construction. We empower construction teams to drive efficiency and mitigate risk through actionable AI & data-driven insights. For over 20 years, we’ve been transforming the industry with purpose-built solutions for construction professionals, and we’re looking for talented people to help us build together.

We are looking for a Senior CS Outcomes Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind how Procore’s Customer Success organization measures and improves performance. As a Senior CS Analyst on our Customer Journey and Outcomes (CJ&O) team, you’ll work closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, and Data Engineering to build reliable reporting, scale health frameworks, and transform complex post-sales data into clear operating decisions. Your strengths in advanced SQL, SaaS post-sales metrics, and data product QA will drive your success as we shift toward outcomes-based customer accountability.

You will report to the Director of Customer Journey and Outcomes and can be based remotely within the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Operating Reporting Stacks: Own the executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting infrastructure feeding CCO weekly cadences, QBRs, and new customer health frameworks.
  • Support Account Prioritization Systems: Deliver reporting layers covering segment trends, reason codes, usage fidelity, and lookback accuracy to flag classification performance.
  • Define and Evaluate Health Flags: Partner with Product and CS leaders to spec logic, validate signals, and measure the real-world efficacy of risk and expansion alerts in production.
  • QA Data Products: Validate outputs, establish requirements, and document limitations across core scoring tools, churn/expansion models, and predictive models.
  • Drive Segment and Portfolio Reviews: Build analytical infrastructure to surface cohort trends, rate-of-change metrics, and book anomalies for leadership decision-making.
  • Power Product Intelligence Loops: Maintain underlying data models connecting customer value achievement directly to incoming product feedback requests.
  • Manage End-to-End Data Operations: Query and clean multi-source data across Snowflake, Salesforce, and Gong while partnering with Data Ops to resolve core data quality issues.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS CS analytics, revenue analytics, or business intelligence, including strong foundational knowledge of post-sales metrics like GRR, NRR, churn, expansion, and health scores.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced SQL Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries independently across messy, unrefined datasets.
  • Hands-on BI & Reporting Expertise: Proven track record building executive-ready dashboards in Tableau, Coefficient, or similar enterprise reporting environments.
  • Data QA & Modeling Exposure: Experience evaluating, validating, and documenting predictive models or scoring outputs within an operational business context.
  • Modern Tech Stack Familiarity: Working knowledge of cloud data environments like Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Investigation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to investigate data anomalies independently, synthesize complex metrics into actionable insights, and navigate evolving frameworks with structured execution.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Ability to leverage modern AI tools for data exploration, rapid synthesis, and process automation.

Strong-Fit Background Might Include

  • Prior experience within Procore systems or post-sales GTM operations.
  • Experience in post-sales revenue operations within enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms.
  • Background partnering directly with GTM operations and data engineering teams to ship GTM reporting models.
