Our Buda campus is expanding fast, and we need a high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to keep pace with growing traffic and inventory.

What you’ll do
• Greet every shopper, uncover needs, and match them with the right Ford or pre-owned vehicle
• Drive each deal from test-drive to paperwork using CRM, video walk-arounds, and digital retail tools
• Hit weekly and monthly volume goals while protecting gross and CSI
• Stay up-to-date on Ford products, incentives, and competitors
• Build long-term relationships through timely calls, texts, and social follow-ups

Qualifications
  • What you bring
    • Track record in automotive or high-ticket sales—or proof you learn fast and close deals
    • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Tech-savvy: CRM, online retail platforms, video, and social outreach
    • Self-starter focus plus a team-first mindset
    • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
