The opportunity is ideal for an individual contributor wanting to develop a deep understanding of the Partner Success mission while honing strategic, analytical and reporting skills to apply in the day-to-day role. Working under a manager on the Strategy team, a path for personal development exists for the candidate with the ability to learn and apply technical, analytical, and reporting expertise while not losing sight of stakeholder needs.
The position provides outstanding operational and administrative support, including the following duties:
Event execution: Contribute to our success at both internal and industry events by managing event attendee lists, event content (decks, scorecards), and team logistics
Reporting & Data Delivery: Create and manage team reporting, including rep activity tracking and team competitions; deliver ad-hoc data pulls for various leadership initiatives
Assist with Rep monitoring: Contribute to the call audit process, track rep competitions, and provide periodic call monitoring
Interviewing & Onboarding: Manage candidate logistics for onsite interviews, and ensure new hire checklists are complete
Partner Communication: Manage internal initiatives, including preparing call lists in Excel; send emails to our suppliers with product, regulatory, or other relevant announcements.
Research: Conduct sales-focused research which may include calling potential customers to gain additional insight into their needs
Analysis: Use data skills to define opportunities to improve our acquisition and account management efforts
Strategy: Develop frameworks for how we attack complex problems and achieve business goals
Program Management: Drive strategic and operational initiatives across Partner Success
General Logistics: manage new hire setup; complete ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Triage a support request inbox: handle some requests and assign others; troubleshoot and resolve client or system issues where needed.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; will accept equivalent experience for a highly-qualified candidate
1-2 years of customer service, sales support, finance, consulting, data analytics
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google applications (Sheets, Docs) required
Experience with SalesForce.com; more detailed knowledge is a plus
A growth mindset: proven ability to learn new technical skills and software applications
