About The Internship
The Executive Engagement Intern will help operationalize our Executive Community experience enabling scale, consistency, and quality in CxO interactions. This role focuses on supporting the program launch, which will include the creation of an Executive Council, designing executive engagements, and establishing foundational processes for:
- Summits, & Networking Peer Networking Events: Designing the operational playbooks for these intimate, high-impact events.
- Academy pilot. The CXO Academy is our premier executive education program. This pilot focuses on building a curriculum that helps CxOs navigate technological and business change. The intern will support the pilot by designing participant workflows, supporting development of curriculum and feedback mechanisms.
What You'll Get To Do In This Role
- Own the delivery of the Executive Engagement Playbook and the council operations toolkit, providing a strong portfolio deliverable and presentation to leadership.
- Key projects will include:
- Building the Executive Council operations kit, encompassing bios, briefing notes, and tracking mechanisms.
- Developing an executive event playbook for summits and dinners.
- Supporting the Academy curriculum and participant workflow.
- Creating standardized templates for immersion labs and sprints.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergrad Masters MA/MS (MBA not required).
- Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Austin office 3 days a week during the summer (May26-Aug14).
- Experience or strong interest in developing executive-level content, playbooks, operational kits, and program materials.
- A tech-savvy and iterative creator, proficient in leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) or low-code tools to rapidly build and improve functional prototypes, automation scripts, or operational materials based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ability to own a high-impact project end-to-end and deliver portfolio-ready results.
- Excellent written and presentation skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executives, sales, and marketing.
- Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative cloud services company.
