Position Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Secure Solutions Enablement (SSE) Analyst II to join our dynamic Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing security findings, tracking critical exposures, and monitoring key security controls across our retail enterprise. You will act as a primary liaison between cybersecurity and business product teams, facilitating application security initiatives, ensuring accurate solution inventory, and driving remediation efforts. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a robust compliance posture and securing our diverse technology portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Findings & Exposure Management: Actively track and drive the remediation of

cybersecurity risks, monitor and drive compliance across critical security

controls, including cloud platforms and application security.

• Demand Management & Collaboration: Understand and manage

cybersecurity initiatives for assigned portfolio and host quarterly capability

reviews with product teams and communicate cybersecurity dependencies to

stakeholders.

• Metrics, Reporting & Ad Hoc Support: Deliver accurate, timely reports

including reports for VP and Director levels. Host regular partner office hours

and provide critical support for ad hoc security initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or IT compliance

within a retail or enterprise environment, with a strong track record of driving

security initiatives and managing vulnerability lifecycles.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the

ability to build strong partnerships with technical portfolios, and translate

security metrics into clear, professional reports for management and

stakeholders

  • 60% Analysis - Synthesize data to develop a solution, communicate the solution to stakeholders Analyze problems, structure the issue and perform analysis
  • 10% Collaborate - Partner cross-functionally to identify trends and resolve issues
  • 30% Drive Execution - Ensure initiative/project goals are met in a timely manner Implement solutions to meet customer expectations

Travel Requirements:

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Minimum Education:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

The pay range for this position is between $90,000.00 - $130,000.00
