Title D365 CE & Power Apps Senior Functional Consultant
Location Virtual, home-based office with up to 25% travel
Description
As a member of the Managed Services team, you will help manage our clients’ Dataverse & Dynamics CE systems. A Managed Services Senior Consultant will design & develop solutions built on Microsoft’s Power Platform. You will troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to our clients’ CE & Dataverse systems. The Senior Consultant will work on multiple clients each week and will deliver tasks on-time and on-budget to our clients.
Responsibilities
Work with Client and MCA Connect project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design.
Monitor and triage new support cases; work with client and internal team to drive case resolution.
Design, develop, deploy, and support customizations for clients utilizing Microsoft’s Power Platform
Guide clients through Microsoft upgrade cycles
Manage small projects for client requested changes utilizing Agile methodology.
Effectively communicate to clients, partners, team members, and management
Follow established standards & MCA Methodology
Optimize individual utilization
Continue your professional education by setting specific annual training goals
Qualifications
4+ years with D365 CE customization and configuration
3+ years building Model Driven and Canvas applications utilizing Dataverse as the primary data source
Strong understanding of Dataverse solutioning & ALM
1+ years implementing & supporting PowerApp Portals/Power Pages
1+ years utilizing Power Automate on implementations
Desired Qualifications
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 and/or PL-100
Experience with Azure DevOps
Implementation or support experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations
Microsoft Integration such as Dual Write experience
2+ years as a consultant
