ACGI is seeking a Data Analyst to support data conversion and integration efforts for new and existing clients. This technical role works closely with Implementation and Ongoing Services teams and requires hands-on collaboration with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across teams to ensure data accuracy and successful onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather and translate business and technical data requirements.

  • Analyze, map, transform, and validate client data using Oracle PL/SQL and related tools.

  • Clean, standardize, and convert large datasets for system integration into ACGI platforms.

  • Support development and execution of data conversion processes in Oracle APEX (highly preferred).

  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, integrity issues, and quality gaps.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of data mapping, transformation rules, and conversion procedures.

  • Validate post-implementation data and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data conversion tools, templates, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL (required).

  • Hands-on experience working directly with clients on data requirements and conversions.

  • Experience with Oracle APEX (highly preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data conversion, or data integration.

  • Experience with large datasets and relational databases.

  • Familiarity with data transformation tools and scripting languages (SQL, Excel).

  • Experience in Association Management and/or Credentialing software is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborative team player open to feedback and cross-functional cooperation.

  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software environments is a plus.

  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security best practices.

Salary range: $77,010 to $90,100.
