Summary


The role involves leveraging data from multiple third-party sources as well as internal client systems to identify merchant opportunities. For existing merchants, the team analyze their current product usage, highlight gaps, and generate upsell leads for Sales outreach. For new merchants, the team consolidates and refine data from various sources to build actionable insights. While most pipelines are already established, the team manage and maintain them with a deep understanding of the data. In addition, the team handle campaign requests from Sales, ensuring that all lead generation activities are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the team’s existing data and building data pipelines to support lead generation.

  • Design, build, and manage data-pipelines for Lead Sourcing/Generation, partnering with Sales, BDR, Marketing, and Enablement to align messaging, personas, and GTM strategy. 

  • Customize Flows by segment (ICP, industry, stage, role, account status), manage enrollment logic, branching, and exits, and ensure CRM sync, data cleanliness, compliance, and deliverability. 

  • Audit templates, content links, and annual copyright updates; troubleshoot delivery and logging issues across systems.

  • Govern and optimize Flows through regular audits, standardized templates, documentation, training, and support. 

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion, task completion, exits), build dashboards, run A/B tests, and present insights to Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models.

  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.

  • Drive best practices in data science.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity in all processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data science.
     

Eligibility Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience advanced analytics or data science roles
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation, including A/B testing design, execution, analysis, and causal inference to measure true product/feature/strategy impacts
  • Strong background in time-series analysis and forecasting to support growth planning and performance monitoring.
  • Advanced proficiency must have in SQL, Python, ML, APIs with hands-on experience using large-scale analytics platforms (e.g., Big Query) Integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks) to analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets. 
  • Experience in Machine Learning or LLMS
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering data-driven recommendations that influence product and business strategy
  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to communicate experimentation results and ongoing performance metrics
  • Industry experience in payments, eCommerce, or financial services is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Tableau or Salesforce is beneficial, and Finance/Payments & eCom background is a good to have

 

In the US, the target base salary for this role is upto USD 93,600. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
