In this role, you will help advance our data strategy, strengthen data quality and governance practices, and lead a team focused on delivering high-quality, well-controlled data that supports business objectives and regulatory expectations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of the data product roadmap for Auto Originations, aligned to enterprise data standards and strategic priorities.
- Drive data quality, metadata, and data governance initiatives that enhance accuracy, transparency, and trust in key data assets.
- Oversee end-to-end remediation activities, ensuring disciplined execution, timely issue resolution, and strong risk-mitigation outcomes.
- Partner with business, technology, and risk leaders to deliver a consistent, collaborative approach to data-related challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for data governance and data quality matters.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of data professionals.
- Manage resources, priorities, and deliverables to meet business and regulatory commitments.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience

- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective partnerships across a matrixed organization.
- Preferred hands-on experience with data governance and analytics tools, including:
- Data Governance/Metadata: Collibra, Informatica Axon/EDC, Alation
- Data Quality: Informatica DQ, cloud-based quality tools
- Data Platforms: Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Snowflake
- Analytics & Visualization: SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI
- Agile/Product Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Productboard
