Job Description: 

Join our Corporate Data and Insights PMO team as a Data Program Manager, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating technical projects. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with 9+ years of experience in project coordination, adept at using tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, and SharePoint. You will ensure that project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.  

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
  • Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
  • Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
  • Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
  • Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
  • Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
  • Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
  • Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
  • Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must have a BA or BS Degree and 9+ years of experience in:
  • IT project management and program management
  • Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Large scale SAP implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data team experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience interfacing with Executive Leadership Teams
  • Experience tracking and managing program level metrics
  • Enterprise cloud analytics

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$165,210.00-$233,240.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
