Data Research Specialist — Grow With Us

Love finding people, solving puzzles, and seeing your work turn into real results? This is your seat at the table.

We're a fast-growing US asset recovery company, and we're building our data team from the ground up. You'll be one of its first members, which means your ideas shape how we work and your growth grows with us.

$2000/month · Bonuses based on performance · 100% remote · Flexible hours, no full night shift

Why you'll love working here

Every year, billions of dollars in unclaimed property sit with US state governments, waiting for their rightful owners. Our job is to find those people and help them get their money back. Your research is what connects a family with an inheritance or a forgotten account they never knew existed.

  • Work that matters: you help real people recover money that belongs to them.
  • Work that's seen: you work directly with our Return Assets Division (RAD) and leadership, not buried in a large team.
  • Room to grow: we're expanding, and we promote from within as the data team grows.
  • Modern tools: you'll use AI-assisted research tools every day and build skills that are in high demand.

What you'll do

  • Hunt down the data: pull state unclaimed property lists each month and send them to our skip-trace and batch data partners.
  • Turn raw lists into gold: clean, de-duplicate and organize records into ready-to-use segments for each campaign.
  • Play detective: use AI-assisted research to find publicly available Facebook and LinkedIn profiles and generate new leads through social media investigations.
  • Power our sales growth: your leads feed our Accelerator sales program and support heir search cases with the RAD team.
  • Coordinate the outreach: prepare files so mail, phone and social outreach reach each person at the right time.
  • Show your wins: track lists processed, match rates and leads generated in a simple monthly report.

Your growth path

This is a first hire on a team we're building, so the path upward is real. As we grow, the people who start here are the ones we promote to lead it.

  • Experience with skip tracing, batch data vendors, or OSINT people research
  • Clear written English and reliable internet with a backup connection
  • Experience in Open Source intelligence (OSINT) and vast social media experience aligning the correct person to previous data match

Bonus points: CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar), a background in real estate, collections or direct mail, or you already use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your work.
