The Opportunity
As a Deals - Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures, and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues related to both public and private deals, as well as other significant business events that may impact an organization's value. What You Must Have
