Role Overview
We’re hiring an Analyst to support Decile Capital’s fundraising operations, LP research, and internal workflows as we scale our emerging manager investment strategy. This is a support and execution role. You won’t be leading fundraising, but you’ll be the person who makes it run: tracking pipelines, following up with LPs, preparing materials, and keeping the machine moving.
The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and relentless about follow-through. Prior fundraising experience is a plus but not required. What matters is sharp judgment, strong writing, and the ability to manage a high volume of detail without dropping balls. This is an opportunity to learn institutional fundraising from the inside at an early-stage platform changing venture capital.
Remote candidates will be considered. Applicants in the U.S. are preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
- Fundraising Support & LP Operations
- Research LPs, family offices, and institutional allocators
- Maintain and track LP pipelines and outreach
- Own LP follow-ups and diligence requests
- Prepare materials for due diligence
- Dealflow & Investment Ops
- Assist with deal intake and internal tracking
- Support due diligence workflows
- Prepare internal summaries and briefing notes
- Internal Coordination & Execution
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation for fundraising processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness across CRM and internal systems
- Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency
What You Have:
- 0-3 years of professional experience in finance, operations, VC, startups, consulting, or any role where you managed complex workflows and communicated with external stakeholders
- Comfort with CRM tools and data mangement (specific platform experience not required. You’ll learn Decile Hub quickly)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and take pride in closing loops
- Venture Institute or VC Lab Residency alumni
- Prior exposure to venture capital, fundraising, or investor relations
Nice to Have:
What We Offer:
- Meaningful exposure to institutional venture capital fundraising
- Opportunity to work directly with top-caliber investors
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
- Remote-first work environment with world-class teammates
- A working schedule including flexible PTO
