As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and broaden your technical skills while anticipating team and client needs, using critical thinking, data-driven insights, and professional judgment to deliver work that aligns with broader project goals. Responsibilities
- Managing identity and access management workstreams across client engagements from planning through delivery
- Designing and configuring privileged access management solutions to support secure access to systems and sensitive data
- Analyzing access control requirements and translating them into role based access control and authorization models
- Reviewing user access, entitlement structures, and access governance processes to identify control gaps and remediation needs
- Implementing and maintaining CyberArk, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity solutions
- Developing technical documentation, system requirements, and process guidance for identity governance activities
- Interpreting complex identity, security, and infrastructure issues to develop practical recommendations
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and mentoring junior team members while supporting engagement quality and delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
