Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and tactical Delivery Lead who will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex digital solutions for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This pivotal role blends the disciplines of Product Management, Project Management, and Technical Consulting, making it ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.

Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, this is a high-impact, hands-on role that goes beyond just process facilitation. You will be the team's 'Offensive Coordinator,' accountable for the end-to-end delivery process. You will empower teams to take ownership of their work, embed continuous improvement, and ensure that continuous delivery methods are used as a strategic tool to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Execution & Program Management

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects across our modern technology stack, including Salesforce, ChiliPiper, Outreach, PandaDoc, and other GTM Systems.

  • Manage projects using continuous delivery methodologies, ensuring a predictable flow of high-quality work from concept to production.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues and dependencies, and ensure transparency of progress to all stakeholders.

  • Facilitate efficient meetings and decision-making forums with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in a global systems environment, managing delivery for teams or stakeholders distributed across multiple geographies.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices in our delivery methodology.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across internal teams.

  • Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build trust and alignment around delivery expectations and timelines.

  • Coordinate efforts with external vendors and technology partners to meet project objectives.

  • Leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery, streamline documentation, and enhance team communication.

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with Business Systems Analysts to translate business goals into well-scoped, actionable deliverables.

  • Work alongside technical leads to ensure sound architectural decisions are made and that solutions are built for scale.

  • Provide input on system design, integrations, and user experience trade-offs, acting as a key voice in the strategic planning process.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in a high-growth tech environment, holding a role accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions (e.g., Technical Consulting, Internal Product Management, Enterprise Systems Leadership)

  • Direct, hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is required. You must understand the platform's complexities to effectively manage the delivery lifecycle.

  • Proven track record of transforming a team's delivery process, resulting in measurable improvements in predictability and velocity.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Jira and the ability to configure and leverage it to optimize workflow and reporting.

  • Deep understanding of SDLC and multiple agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to tailor practices to the team's needs.

  • Assertiveness and Ownership: A proactive, "driver" mentality with the ability to hold team members and stakeholders accountable to commitments and process.

  • A highly collaborative mindset with a proven ability to enable the success of the entire team.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a high-growth, pre-IPO startup.

  • Deep functional expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, marketing attribution, sales operations) and a proven ability to provide input on solution design.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps (Gearset) and/or integration platforms (Workato).

  • Experience with our broader GTM tech stack (e.g., Outreach, ChiliPiper, PandaDoc).

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) or formal Agile/PM certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP).
