We help the world’s biggest brands move from brief to fully personalized campaigns — in days, not months.

Founded by Abhay Parasnis and backed by Microsoft, GV, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona and Menlo, we’re building category-defining technology at the intersection of creativity and AI with real impact. Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Demo Experience Lead who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, visual communication, and storytelling. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and governance of Typeface’s global demo ecosystem—building world-class demonstrations that bring our product vision to life and empower our Solution Engineering team to win.

You’ll serve as a creative technologist, experience designer, and team leader—crafting scalable demo environments, reusable assets, and compelling customer-ready stories that highlight why Typeface transforms content operations. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure our demos align with real customer workflows, emerging capabilities, and brand standards.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and is open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Demo Strategy & Execution

  • Design and deliver visually compelling, user-centric demo experiences tailored to unique customer use cases.
  • Create baseline demo stories and bespoke C-level presentations that align with customer objectives, industry verticals, and creative workflows.
  • Build and maintain zero-setup demo environments that simplify setup and ensure consistency across the global SE team.

Asset Development & Governance

  • Develop high-quality demonstration assets—including templates, visuals, sample content, integrations, and guided flows—for use across the global solution engineering organization.
  • Build and maintain a searchable demo asset repository with strong version control and documentation.
  • Create demo guides, configuration instructions, and best practices to ensure smooth adoption by solution engineers.

Process, Systems & Scalability

  • Establish scalable internal processes, standards, and governance frameworks for demo environment creation, updates, and maintenance.
  • Develop documentation and repeatable workflows that ensure usability, stability, and rapid iteration.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead a small offshore team of demo specialists to create, refine, and launch new demo assets and offerings.
  • Partner with Product teams to incorporate advanced capabilities, new features, and beta workflows into demo environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to incorporate design principles, visual storytelling, and brand consistency across all assets.
  • Support Sales through the ongoing evolution of demo narratives, visual systems, and customer journey alignment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Demo Experience, solutions engineering, creative technology, UX/UI development, or related technical-creative fields.
  • Hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, UX/UI principles, information architecture, and digital experiences.
  • Strong visual communication and presentation design skills—you can turn complex ideas into highly polished, customer-ready stories.
  • Deep familiarity with digital marketing, creative workflows, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience building demos, prototypes, or digital experiences within a SaaS, MarTech, or creative technology organization.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both creative and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing projects, prioritizing across multiple workstreams, and leading offshore or distributed teams.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with equal comfort in creativity, detail orientation, and technical precision.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings, internal collaboration, and industry events.

Base Salary

The OTE compensation range for this role is $180,000-$210,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
