What We’re Looking For

Conscious Talent is looking for world-class design leaders (Chief Design Officers, VP of Design, Heads of Design, Heads of Brand) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and scaling design organizations, alongside a desire to contribute to conscious, aligned cultures. If you’re someone who sees design as a bridge between creativity, empathy, and real-world impact and wants to work in an environment that honors your authenticity and growth journey we’d love to hear from you.

What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)

  • Define and champion design vision and strategy across products, brand, and experience

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing design teams across disciplines

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to drive holistic outcomes

  • Create design systems and processes that promote creativity, consistency, and clarity

  • Foster a design culture rooted in authenticity, empathy, and deep listening

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, creativity, and intuition into design practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in design leadership roles (e.g., Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product Design, Head of Brand Design)

  • Experience scaling design teams and delivering innovative products or brand experiences

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and translating vision into tangible design solutions

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just beautiful experiences, but cohesive, values-aligned teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Expertise in human-centered design, regenerative design, or systems thinking

  • Background in building design cultures that value depth, presence, and authenticity
