OVERVIEW
Morning Brew is seeking a Designer to join our growing Design team! This role reports to our Associate Design Director and will work closely with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to bring Morning Brew Inc. brands to life through personality-rich visual experiences.
This position is designed to take ownership of recurring design production—ebooks, explainers, events, social, sales enablement materials, decks, and more. You should have a flexible style with the ability to adapt to our brand look and feel across our portfolio, and always look for the best approach to a creative brief. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deliverables with ease, and bring creativity and craft to high-volume design work.
Morning Brew is based in New York City but this role is remote-friendly for all candidates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contribute to recurring, medium-to-high complexity projects that bring Morning Brew’s brands to life, including projects like franchise brand refreshes, design style guide development, and brand marketing assets.
- Produce and package recurring editorial and content marketing deliverables such as ebooks, deep dives, and explainers.
- Create high-volume social graphics across multiple franchises, ensuring platform-appropriate consistency and visual impact.
- Support campaign and event design by building out creative toolkits, adapting assets, and producing event collateral for summits, tentpoles, and consumer/pro events.
- Handle corporate communications including awards, hiring announcements, product updates, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build and maintain templates, decks, and digital modules, such as presale decks, and editorial templates.
- Pioneer the use of new tools and techniques and share learnings with the team.
- Give useful feedback to other designers and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite.
- Solid skills in typography, color theory, and layout, with proven ability to execute across both digital and print.
- Experience handling recurring design deliverables and multi-brand workflows is a strong plus.
- In-house or agency experience with event design and branding preferred
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to receive, interpret, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Track record of consistently meeting deadlines and delivering work that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
COMPENSATION $70,000 - $80,000 *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.

Morning Brew Inc. was founded in 2015 by two entrepreneurial college students who noticed their peers were not consuming legacy media resources about business and finance news, but had a high desire to learn about those topics.
