Start your journey as a Development Operations Analyst! You will help design, implement, build, deploy, and manage configuration for Epicor products and infrastructure. We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
What you will be doing:
- Design, automate, and test application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments.
- Monitor metrics and consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.
- Build, maintain, and monitor application and infrastructure configuration standards.
- Manage day-to-day administration of projects and CI/CD tools with the team.
- Document and design various processes, updating existing ones as needed.
- Improve infrastructure and application development.
- Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
- Aid support team managing production escalations.
What you will likely bring:
- 3+ years’ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
- Strong debugging skills and basic scripting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
