About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Cloud DevOps Architect with expertise in CI/CD automation, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures across GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build, and Jenkins. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring software delivery efficiency, security, and operational excellence.
As a key member of a cross-functional, multi-domain development team, you will drive GitOps best practices, automation, security, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to support cloud deployments, testing, and secure cloud operations. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated cloud provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Ensure compliance and security controls using DevSecOps tools, security scanning, access management, and vulnerability remediation in CI/CD workflows.
  • Implement GitOps methodologies using tools like ArgoCD or Flux to enforce declarative infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or GCP Operations Suite.
  • Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments, ensuring high resilience and uptime.
  • Enhance cloud security through IAM policies, network security, encryption, and compliance automation.
  • Collaborate with software development and testing teams to implement test automation, including unit testing, integration testing, and security testing.
  • Lead efforts in cloud security best practices, including secrets management, policy enforcement, and secure authentication.
  • Drive innovation in automation, reducing manual processes and improving DevOps efficiency through scripting and orchestration.

The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud environments, designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in AWS and GCP.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build, and Jenkins.
  • Expertise in DevSecOps methodologies, including integrating security testing, compliance checks, and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Deep understanding of GitOps methodologies, including tools like ArgoCD and Flux.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, DNS, load balancing, and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Loki, Prometheus, or GCP Observability.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python.
  • Strong knowledge of security tools, such as Snyk, SonarQube, Aqua Security.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security best practices, IAM policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and secrets management.
