Job Description
Under general supervision, responsible for handling components of immersive experience projects applying standard techniques and professional practices. The Digital Creative Producer II works with cross-functional teams, exercises judgment within defined procedures, and contributes to fulfilling organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create engaging simulations and interactive 3D environments to support business goals.
  • Manage and catalog CAD models ensuring accessibility across teams.
  • Manage project schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and support cross-department coordination.
  • Monitor XR technology advancements and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to design and develop immersive AR/VR/MR experiences of moderate complexity.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work with moderate supervision and follow standard procedures.
  • Collaboration skills to resolve issues across internal and external teams.
  • Sound time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Unity Industry, Pixyz Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiar with Pacelab WeaVR and Scope AR Worklink.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Design, or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience
