Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our digital marketing and thought leadership efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work: keeping projects on track, coordinating across teams, and helping content move from idea to publication.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative marketing team, supporting content across web, video, email, and social.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate video content production

  • Schedule SME interviews and discovery calls
  • Build and manage run sheets for video shoots
  • Participate in production meetings and assist with logistics
  • Circulate prep materials and track approvals
  • Keep projects moving by following up and identifying delays
  • Upload and organize videos on Wistia, YouTube, and salasobrien.com
  • Edit transcripts, write descriptions, and create thumbnails
  • Maintain project visibility in Asana by keeping tasks, timelines, and owners up to date

Support webinars and virtual events

  • Assist with scheduling, promotion, and registration
  • Coordinate schedule and rehearsals
  • Build PowerPoint slides from templates
  • Support event logistics and post-event follow-up

Publish and distribute content

  • Build and update website pages (articles, market/service pages, landing pages, and event registrations) using provided copy and images
  • Format content for clarity, readability, and consistency across the site
  • Apply basic metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text)
  • Create and deploy email campaigns in ActiveCampaign (or similar tools)
  • Manage newsletters to extend reach of existing content
  • Share updates on new content with internal teams
  • Help track digital mentions and published content
  • Review content for style, formatting, and completeness before publishing
  • Maintain organization and consistency across platforms
  • Support distribution of content across web, email, and social channels

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Experience: One year minimum experience in marketing support role
  • Technical Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Someone who notices when things are stuck and takes initiative to move them forward
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
    • Clear, professional communication
    • Comfortable working with a range of people and priorities
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base pay range for this role is $21 - $24 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
