The client CEO has requested our talent acquisition and selection consultancy, BluZinc, to appoint a Marketing Copywriter — a sharp, emotionally intelligent storyteller who can craft high-converting copy that inspires, educates, and sells.

You’ll write for one of the most influential entrepreneurial media and education brands, helping to grow its global community and digital products across newsletters, online courses, and live events.

Candidates must be based in the Austin Metro area or fully committed to relocating to collaborate in person with the executive, creative, and growth teams.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate copywriting role. You’ll write bold, direct, and persuasive copy that resonates deeply with ambitious entrepreneurs, investors, and creators.

Your words will convert readers into followers, subscribers into customers, and ideas into movements. Working directly with marketing leadership and the CEO, you’ll help scale revenue and influence through creative storytelling and data-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write high-performing copy across multiple channels — email, ads, landing pages, sales pages, and product launches.

  • Translate the company’s brand voice into compelling messaging that converts and builds trust.

  • Collaborate with the design, growth, and content teams to ensure creative alignment across campaigns.

  • Use performance data to continuously optimise conversion rates and engagement.

  • Research audience psychology, competitors, and market trends to refine tone, message, and offers.

  • Support new product and course launches through marketing collateral and campaign storytelling.

  • Maintain accuracy, authenticity, and creativity while balancing commercial goals.

BluZinc A-Player Criteria

We are only considering A-Players who:

  • Have 3–7+ years’ experience in direct response or performance copywriting, ideally within eLearning, digital education, or media brands.

  • Can demonstrate spotlight achievements, such as:

    • Writing campaign copy that directly drove revenue growth or high conversion rates.

    • Crafting landing pages, emails, or ads that achieved top 5% CTR or conversion performance.

    • Contributing to brand voice evolution or scaling audiences through storytelling.

  • Understand the psychology of persuasion and emotional resonance.

  • Thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led company where creativity and commercial outcomes go hand-in-hand.

  • Are based in Austin, TX or committed to relocating for hybrid collaboration with the creative and growth teams.

Why Join
  • Write for one of the most engaged business and education audiences in the world.

  • Collaborate with a visionary leadership team shaping the future of entrepreneurial education.

  • See your work directly impact audience growth, community engagement, and sales results.

  • Competitive base salary and performance-linked incentives.
