The Digital Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor role on our Brand Marketing team, focused on executing digital marketing initiatives that support Boundless’ brand awareness and lead generation efforts. This role works closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns and digital content to life across key channels. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their digital marketing skill set in a creative, fast-paced environment while building a strong foundation in B2B marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute assigned digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of brand and lead generation goals
  • Maintain and update key digital channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
  • Support the creation and distribution of digital content, including social posts, emails, and campaign assets
  • Assist with HubSpot CRM activities such as campaign setup, list management, and reporting support
  • Partner with internal teams to produce digital assets that support business development and client engagement
  • Track basic performance metrics and help compile insights for ongoing optimization
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting or executing digital marketing campaigns (B2B experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital campaign workflows
  • Exposure to HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Basic experience creating or supporting digital content and campaign assets
  • Presentation experience using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or Pitch.com
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
