Job Description

Job Summary

Includes the support, coordination, production, and management of written, visual, and digital marketing and communications strategy, programs, and materials. Responsible for researching, designing, producing, publishing, and optimizing digital content and experiences to meet strategic business goals. Supports scalable digital experience delivery across multiple CMS platforms through content authoring, personalization, experimentation, and optimization initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise brand, accessibility, SEO, analytics, and governance standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the production, optimization, publishing, and maintenance of high-quality digital content across multiple CMS platforms in an agnostic authoring environment, including Sitecore, WordPress, SharePoint, and future enterprise CMS solutions

  • Builds and publishes responsive digital experiences using structured content, reusable templates, and component-based authoring practices

  • Utilizes working knowledge and expertise to ensure online content supports brand standards, web style guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), SEO/GEO/AIO best practices, analytics requirements, and legal/compliance standards

  • Supports personalization strategies and audience-targeted experiences using platforms such as Adobe Target and Amplitude

  • Executes and supports A/B testing and optimization initiatives using Amplitude Experimentation and related analytics tools

  • Collaborates cross-functionally with developers, UX/design, SEO/GEO/AIO, analytics, legal/compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences

  • Supports enterprise website migration and modernization initiatives across CMS platforms and digital properties

  • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes

  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion

  • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members

  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with limited autonomy

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires 2-4 years of related digital content authoring or CMS experience
