In under two years, we’ve grown from 5 people to 40+, deployed over $1B in ad spend, and built a full-stack, tech-enabled advertising company serving enterprise consumer customers.

This Role is for you if you are:
  • A consumer obsessed full-funnel marketing strategist

  • First in line to try the newest AI marketing tools

  • Well versed in navigating the Ads Managers for the main paid social and search ad platforms, leveraging the latest tools/features

  • Run campaigns focused on sales, CPAs and ROAS, not traffic and awareness.

  • Passionate about ad networks and performance marketing strategy for consumer digital products

  • Obsessed with discovering and tracking social media trends

  • Customer obsessed (we put it in their twice on purpose!)

  • Focused on paid media, we don’t do SEO or other digital paths, we are 100% focused on ROI-based ads.

  • Preferred: savvy on app growth marketing for iOS and app user acquisition.

We believe that the best form of marketing is AI-assisted, data-driven and human in-the-loop. This role is for an account manager who can help set strategy based on a clients needs and business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

Digital Strategy (30% of your time)

  • Understand a client’s business objectives and KPIs

  • Define strategy for the account based on budget and objectives

  • Analyze results and in market trends to devise the best path forward

  • Manage a team of marketers to use tooling you to deliver a best-in-class ads experience

Account Management (60% of your time)

  • Interface directly with clients on a weekly basis

  • Present reports, give update on campaigns, give guidance on using Valid tools and assistance on media related queries

  • Be the clients first and primary point of contact at Valid

Product (10% of your time)

  • Interface directly with engineering & PMs to translate marketing processes into real products

Required Qualifications
  • Strong english and client-facing communication skills

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience with at least 2+ years of full-funnel performance marketing experience within an agency

  • Manage +$150,000/month of ad spend across the following platforms:

  • Meta

  • TikTok

  • Google

  • Other advertising channels

  • Comfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to “read the tea leaves” of an ad account.

  • Served in client facing roles as senior POC

Nice to Have

  • Managed and hired a team of marketers

  • Advertising for mobile apps:

  • Experience with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular, etc.)

  • AppleSearchAds

  • Understand SKAN and iOS attribution

  • Experience with in-app growth analytics (tools like RevenueCat, Adapty, Mixpanel/Amplitude)
