We are looking for a Director, AI Transformation to join our growing AI consulting practice. AI Engagement Managers are forward-deployed, hands-on consultants who work with our AI technology partners to deliver consultative services that maximize value realization from Generative AI investments. Embedded within our enterprise clients, they drive seamless execution of AI transformation initiatives, ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes through workflow automation and content supply chain innovation.

Working directly with forward-deployed engineers and client teams, AI Engagement Managers own tactical delivery coordination—from scrum ceremonies and documentation to enablement rollouts and adoption support. Their expertise in agile methodologies, content operations, and AI-enabled workflows ensure our technology partnerships deliver exceptional client value and accelerate Code and Theory's leadership in applied AI transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with creative operations, production teams, and brand managers to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration across ideation, production, approval, and distribution processes
  • Support integration of AI solutions into content and creative workflows
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements
  • Lead day-to-day coordination and execution across client accounts as the dedicated delivery lead
  • Act as the primary team liaison, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between AI engineers and client execution teams
  • Own and facilitate all delivery ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and stakeholder check-ins
  • Manage all project documentation, schedules, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and Jira-based agile execution (user stories, backlog, scrum adherence)
  • Develop and lead training, workshops, and enablement content for client teams to drive adoption of Generative AI solutions and workflows
  • Coordinate and manage the rollout of AI solutions, partnering with technology vendors for comprehensive enablement plans
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users during implementation and early adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement to optimize implementation strategies and ensure successful deployment
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive weekly status reports to internal teams and client stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables
  • Create executive-level dashboard reports and presentation materials that communicate project value and business impact
  • Monitor implementation progress against business goals, adjusting strategies to overcome adoption barriers and improve value realization
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Proven experience in business consulting, digital strategy, agile pod-based software development lifecycle, enterprise software, with AI/ML experience
  • Proven track record applying AI or automation to complex enterprise workflows (content supply chain, marketing ops, etc.)
  • Experience leading projects in Agile Scrum and commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (Jira, SMiro, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira)
  • Experience designing pilots, POCs, and roadmaps tied to business-case rigor and measurable KPIs
  • Familiarity with modern content/marketing technologies — DAM, CMS, Workfront, CDP, workflow automation, orchestration, creative tooling
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Express, Firefly, Firefly Services solutions, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders collaborative approach with Adobe account teams and implementation partners
  • Strong change leadership skills — able to influence people, process, and technology
  • Passion for AI and understanding of AI and automation systems for the creation of content
  • Portfolio demonstrating rapid prototyping/experimentation is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the US (10–20%)

The target range of base compensation for this role is $165,000 - 190,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
