Director of Brand Marketing

Great brand marketing doesn't just build awareness—it creates competitive advantage. This is your chance to build something distinctive in a category that desperately needs it. PandaDoc needs a brand leader who can make us impossible to ignore.

We're a document workflow platform helping SMBs run their businesses and tackle ambitious goals from closing a big sale to hiring new employees to expanding their operations. But our brand doesn't yet match our ambition of what we’re building. We need someone to change that—a creative force who can transform how the market sees us and build a brand that drives real business impact. You'll report directly to the SVP of Marketing and help us reimagine what's possible.

What you'll own:

You'll lead brand strategy, creative, and corporate marketing for PandaDoc. This means:

  • Building brand love, not just awareness. Make PandaDoc an SMB brand people want to work with, talk about, and choose over competitors
  • Leading brand marketing activities that connect brand, product marketing, and demand gen into one powerful growth engine
  • Driving our creative vision. Own our visual identity, brand voice, and how we show up across channels
  • Coaching and leading a team of creatives and corporate marketers who can execute at the highest level
  • Owning social strategy that cuts through the noise and builds community
  • Partnering with leadership to align the entire company around a bold brand vision
What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years building brands that matter, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to drive results. You've built campaigns that measurably moved the needle on awareness, brand perceptions, and pipeline
  • Creative courage. You push teams beyond safe choices and know how to sell bold ideas to senior leadership
  • Strategic and operational. Equally comfortable defining strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Team leadership. You've built and led high-performing creative and brand and corporate teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can create clarity from complexity

As part of our process, we ask candidates to share a portfolio or samples of their work. You can upload it along with your resume or include a link. Either works.
