What You Bring To The Table

The job involves the following essential functions:

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals for a specific market/region
  • Make commitments for firm with direction from superiors
  • Track BD opportunities and trusted advisors via CRM
  • Research and gather information on potential clients and projects
  • Schedule meetings with new/existing clients to discover project information
  • Maintain strong business network
  • Attend industry and client events
  • Assist in development of regional marketing plans
  • Support and lead national marketing objectives
  • Participate in Beck hosted client events
  • Assist in the development of proposals and scopes of work and estimate fees
  • Contribute meaningful insight and information to pursuit strategy sessions and assist in the development of proposals, scopes of work, estimate fees, and interviews
  • Attend pre-bids and client interviews
  • Participate in internal and lead external debriefs
  • Actively involved in professional and community organizations in committee or board member positions
  • Develop and submit pursuit plans for go/no-go approval
  • Assist in analysis and follow-up of client score card results
  • Coordinate 11-month walk-throughs

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience required

Physical Demands:
Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently moving outdoors may be required; ability to lift and carry large plans or boxes in excess of 10 lbs; frequently operates a computer and other office equipment; ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings; constantly communicates with project team and related parties; ability to maintain standards related to architectural design and production; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance. May require travel or co/location.
