As the Senior Director, TV, Video, Audio, & Display you will:Client Management & Leadership: Define and execute the overarching client strategy for TV, CTV, streaming, and OOH media, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals. Serve as the chief strategist for top-tier accounts, guiding long-term planning and innovative campaign execution.
Client Onboarding & Transitions: Act as the executive sponsor for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Drive business growth through strategic account management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple teams of strategists and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Develop and implement training programs to ensure continuous professional growth and high performance within the teams.
Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, ensuring strategies are designed to maximize ROI and achieve financial targets. Provide strategic direction on budget allocation, pricing models, and financial forecasting to support business objectives.
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Position the company as a leader in media strategy by driving innovation and thought leadership. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, influencing the development of new products and services. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in thought leadership publications.
Client Education: Educate senior client executives on cutting-edge trends in media analytics and advertising, advocating for data-driven approaches that align with their business objectives. Lead strategic workshops, seminars, and presentations to elevate client understanding and engagement.
Industry Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with a focus on TV, CTV, streaming, and OOH. Use this expertise to anticipate industry shifts and guide the strategic direction of client initiatives.
Media Landscape Knowledge: Master management of scaled advertising campaigns on streaming TV, online video, linear TV, digital audio, and display. Speak knowledgeably with clients regarding macro trends in the media landscape and provide advice for long-term, sustainable campaign success in a changing media environment.
Strategic Planning: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for client campaigns, incorporating data from media planning tools to formulate actionable recommendations. Advocate for Tinuiti’s recommendation with client team leadership.
Internal Expert: Act as an evangelist for TV, Audio, and Display solutions within the agency and train junior team members on new technologies and techniques that can provide incremental value to clients.
12+ years of experience in TV, Audio, and Display roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaignsManagement experience required.
MBA or experience in finance, consulting, or like industries a plus.
Experience with SQL
Mastery of principles of marketing data analysis, including A/B testing, incrementality, statistical significance
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
The hiring salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
