Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

Fliff recently rolled out Fliff Superstars to its players. This peer-to-peer daily fantasy sports (“DFS”) contest format allows players to compete against each other by building lineups of athletes and selecting whether or not those athletes will outperform or underperform statistical projections for real-world sporting events. Fliff Superstars provides another vertical for our players to engage with the games they enjoy.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to join our Legal Team and help design, implement, and optimize our compliance function across all Fliff verticals. • Develop risk assessment methodologies and reporting for executive leadership.
  • Lead internal compliance reviews and support external audits.
  • Contracting & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support contracting efforts related to compliance, regulatory obligations, and risk allocation.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Product, Operations, Payments, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to employees and leadership.
