We are looking for a Director, Creative Strategy, who will lead in the creation of creative avenues to present & deliver the portfolio of Men in Blazers Media Network productions. This person must be a strong creative thinker who can work with multiple internal teams to bring pitches and presentations to life. A background work in media, and interacting with partnership & sales teams is highly desirable. 

Director, Creative Strategy

Location: United States, Remote (East Coast Preferred)

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for oversight & construction of creative concepts to pitch & present the Men in Blazers Media Network to potential partners. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to create RFP responses, proactive proposals and in-person meeting decks/pitches
  • Serve as a bridge between the creative and business teams to ideate, create, and oversee unique concepts to present Men in Blazers Media Network assets
  • Serve as a leader in finding new creative ways to reach our audience, in ways our competitors aren’t.
  • Coordinate, and execute, paid media strategy, all while continuously focusing on finding new ways to reach out audiences through content and concepts
  • Constantly be idealizing and building better creative concepts for our marketing & partnership teams to utilize
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and execution tactics
  • Communicate with internal teams to track KPIs and report on social media performance
  • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and technologies to keep our strategy innovative and relevant

What you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative marketing role, preferably within sports or entertainment
  • Excellent writing and proposal/presentation skills
  • Proven ability to utilize engaging content and experiences in multiple digital media platforms
  • Experience in creating and using pitches & presentations to communicate the Men in Blazers vision to potential partners. 
  • An unresting passion for the game of soccer, and an understanding of the history of the game
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
  • Experience working with and adapting to feedback from internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of effective branded storytelling across all digital media platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional projects
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies
