Responsibilities:
This is a Business Development role within Advisors Incubator team. This role is responsible for driving the next generation analytics agenda for Mastercard Advisors
Key Responsibilities Include: • Partner with clients on credit risk use cases, including underwriting, portfolio monitoring, early warning, line management, collections, and risk-based customer strategies • Help shape credit risk analytics propositions by combining traditional bureau and portfolio data with alternative data, advanced modeling techniques, and AI-driven decisioning approaches• Lead conversations with clients on credit risk transformation, including next-best underwriting strategies, portfolio risk optimization, and AI-enabled decisioning• Working with broader MC Advisors sales organization to access client needs and strategic agenda. Use MC Advisors analytical capabilities to differentiate and expand Mastercard business with customers, including new analytics product, new service, new partners, etc.• Leading key regional and local analytics initiatives to grow the Data & Services P&L• Support rest of the sale team on end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing• Bring in new thought leadership and innovation to establish MC Advisors brand across key customer stakeholders• Work with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of analytics projects sold• Achieve sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind• Build and inculcate relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients
All About You • Strong Analytical background including latest machine learning, Gen AI methods.• Strong experience with consumer credit modeling, including alternative data models, advanced modeling approaches, etc.• Strong experience in analytics and consultative sales and managing senior client stakeholders.• Ability to develop compelling sales narratives in influencing sales closure. Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills• Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm or analytics experience from a leading analytics organization• Highest level of self-motivation with a hunting-attitude• Strong problem solving skills and first principles thinking• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
