About the Role
We're seeking a data-driven VP of Demand Generation to develop and execute our demand generation strategy, driving high-quality leads and accelerating pipeline growth. You'll own the full demand generation funnel, creating integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our ideal customers. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams, you'll build and optimize programs that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on building strong, measurable pipeline revenue
  • Own and manage paid advertising across a diverse channel mix including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, X (Twitter), Bing, Reddit, and emerging platforms — optimizing each for ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Plan and execute highly targeted ABM programs to engage strategic accounts and key decision-makers, coordinating closely with sales on personalized, multi-touch campaigns
  • Bring fresh, creative thinking to demand generation — generate novel campaign concepts and launch new initiatives that cut through the clutter in the B2B cybersecurity/data space
  • Manage budget allocation across channels, including video production and creative development, ensuring efficient spend and measurable outcomes
  • Leverage HubSpot to build and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, email nurture programs, and attribution reporting — serving as the marketing liaison for HubSpot in close partnership with Operations
  • Conduct continuous performance analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize efficiency across the funnel
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing — B2B SaaS experience required
  • Proven track record of owning and hitting large pipeline targets ($90M+), with a clear ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
  • Hands-on experience across a broad paid media channel mix — LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, X, Bing, Reddit, and beyond (not just the usual two)
  • Deep expertise in ABM methodologies and enterprise marketing strategies
  • Strong creative instincts — you know how to make technical, "boring" industries feel exciting and relevant to buyers
  • Advanced HubSpot proficiency including marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and CRM integration
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution modeling
  • Comfortable being both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor — this role requires both
