Role Overview 

The Director of ECP Marketing plays a critical role in executing Tenpoint’s professional marketing strategy and launch readiness plans. Reporting to the Vice President of ECP Marketing and eCommerce, this individual will serve as a key operational lead responsible for translating strategic vision into field-ready programs, sales tools, and omnichannel activations.

The Director will oversee the day-to-day management of ECP marketing execution, lead the development of field and practice integration tools, coordinate omnichannel initiatives, and serve as a key liaison among marketing, sales, and operations. This role will also provide tactical support for Tenpoint’s emerging eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with field and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities 

ECP Marketing Execution

  • Partner with the VP to implement ECP marketing strategies and ensure timely execution of launch deliverables.
  • Lead development and delivery of sales tools, digital assets, and practice integration materials that enable ECPs to successfully adopt Yuvezzi.
  • Manage agency partners and vendors to ensure high-quality creative, efficient workflows, and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the field team, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on priorities, and seamless feedback loops between sales and marketing.

Omnichannel Planning & Delivery

  • Under the direction of the VP, lead execution of TenPoint’s ECP omnichannel plan—including print, digital, CRM, non-personal promotion, and website content updates.
  • Coordinate with analytics and IT to ensure proper setup, delivery, and tracking of omnichannel campaigns.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and agency workflows to ensure channel activations are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.

Sales Training & Field Readiness

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and the VP to develop marketing-led content for sales training programs.
  • Coordinate creation of onboarding and launch training materials, ensuring consistency with marketing strategy and brand messaging.
  • Support planning and logistics for launch meetings, field advisory councils, and regional training sessions.

eCommerce Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the VP on eCommerce launch readiness by managing marketing-related deliverables (e.g., HCP education tools, internal training, field FAQs).
  • Liaise with sales, operations, and IT to ensure field teams understand eCommerce workflows and can communicate them effectively to ECPs.
  • Assist in post-launch optimization by collecting and sharing field feedback on platform performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with PR, medical, and consumer marketing colleagues to maintain consistent professional messaging across all external channels.


Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, or healthcare marketing, with a focus on field execution and product launch support.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and sales enablement within a professional audience.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
