Director, Go-To-Market Program Management

The Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Management is responsible for leading the planning, orchestration, and execution of the company’s most strategic GTM initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring complex, cross-functional programs, such as pricing and packaging transformations, major product launches, and monetization initiatives, are delivered with speed, rigor, and measurable business impact.

This leader operates as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, Finance, and Legal, translating strategy into executable programs and ensuring GTM initiatives deliver against revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic objectives.

Core ResponsibilitiesGTM Program Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end program management for high-impact Go-To-Market initiatives, including pricing and packaging changes, major product launches, and strategic monetization programs.

  • Translate executive strategy into structured GTM programs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

  • Ensure GTM programs are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Orchestrate execution across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

  • Drive clarity on ownership, decision rights, and dependencies across functions.

  • Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and escalation points, facilitating timely executive decision-making.

Business Impact & Value Delivery
  • Ensure GTM programs deliver measurable outcomes across revenue growth, efficiency, and strategic positioning.

  • Partner closely with Finance and SBO to define success metrics, track progress, and assess post-launch value realization.

  • Move the organization beyond “launch” to sustained execution and impact.

Operating Model & Governance
  • Establish and maintain program governance, operating rhythms, and executive reporting for GTM initiatives.

  • Drive consistency and rigor in how GTM programs are planned, executed, and measured across the company.

  • Serve as a key interface between execution teams and executive leadership, providing clear, concise updates and recommendations.

People Leadership & Capability Building
  • Lead and develop program management talent aligned to GTM and commercial initiatives.

  • Set expectations for -level program leadership, cross-functional influence, and outcome ownership.

  • Partner with the VP of SBO to evolve GTM program management capabilities and scale best practices across the portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, GTM operations, or related roles within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.

  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives with direct revenue impact.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect execution details to financial and strategic outcomes.
    Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at the VP and C-level.

  • Experience operating in environments with ambiguity, competing priorities, and high expectations for delivery.

  • People leadership experience, including developing -level program or operations leaders.

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
