At Fellow, our mission is to transform how people meet and make meetings productive for everyone. As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to own demand generation and performance marketing with a clear mandate: revenue impact, velocity, and efficiency.

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for building and scaling a modern demand engine across paid acquisition, SEO, LLM-driven discovery, UGC, and experimentation. As AI continues to reshape how B2B buyers discover and evaluate software, this leader will ensure Fellow stays ahead of those shifts and translates them into predictable pipeline growth.
What you'll do:

  • Own pipeline creation and revenue contribution from demand generation
  • Manage top-of-funnel performance, from awareness →visit → activation → trial/meetins booked
  • Orchestrate multi-channel demand programs across:
    • Google Search & Display
    • Meta
    • LinkedIn
    • Reddit, TikTok, X (as testing and scaling channels)
  • Design and execute signal-based, intent-driven campaigns that convert to trials and demos
  • Leverage UGC, influencer, and creator-led content as measurable performance channels
Partner tightly with Sales and Product Marketing on funnel design, attribution, forecasting, and messaging
  • Build demand capture strategies for AI search surfaces, LLM answers, and citations
  • Apply AI directly to creative testing, audience research, campaign optimization, and forecasting
  • Analyze and report on performance, identify growth levers, and optimize for CAC and efficiency
Design and run experiments to test new audiences, creative formats, channels, and offers
  • Scale processes, tooling, and team as the growth engine matures

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have ten plus years of experience in B2B growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
  • Have owned pipeline and revenue targets, not just lead volume
  • Have deep, hands-on expertise in paid acquisition and experimentation
  • Actively use AI-powered tools and workflows (n8n / zapier / cursor / claude code / etc) in your day-to-day marketing execution
  • Highly analytical and comfortable making decisions based on performance data. Bonus points if you’re familiar with SQL and have strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Proactively identify opportunities and move them forward end-to-end, with a builder’s mindset.

What success looks like in this role

  • We operate a clear, measurable demand engine where performance drivers are understood, documented, and scalable across channels.
  • Customer acquisition becomes more efficient over time, with consistent visibility into what’s driving CAC, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Experiments ship weekly, insights are acted on quickly, and learnings translate into disciplined iteration across creative, targeting, and channels.
  • Paid acquisition is both performance-driven and on brand, consistently converting intent into trials and meetings.
  • Demand generation is repeatable and predictable, supporting sustained pipeline growth as Fellow scales.

For this role, the expected salary range is $150,000-$200,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, skills, and role scope.
