- Developing relationships and working collaboratively with leaders and frontline employees throughout Spectrum's 45 state footprint.
- Supporting the Senior Director, Labor Relations in defining and articulating the organization's strategies for proactive employee and labor relations
- Providing consultative direction to ensure a company culture that allows the Company to attract and retain great employees
- Developing and delivering preventative labor relations training
- Developing strategies to resolve problematic employee situations and employee relations issues
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relative to labor relations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Labor relations experience of 5+ years, must have experience managing organizing campaigns.
- Management and/or HR experience 5+ years
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills: Deep knowledge of employee relations practices and labor law. Organizing campaign experience.
- Skills: Demonstrated analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated team and relationship building skills. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Strong training and presentation skills.
- Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can develop and implement action plans. Can effectively present information to management. Can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Can show judgment and initiative and accomplish job duties. Can communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. Can think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs, and expectations
- Travel Ability: Office environment with 50-75% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Law degree or Masters in ER/LR
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
